Adress
Welcome2Stay will take place at the „Pavillon der Hoffnung“ from 10th to 12th of June. The congress venue is located at the former exposition areal (Puschstr. 9) in Leipzig.
Translation
We are trying to provide translation into several languages. To accomplish this, we need your help. Contact us if you are willing to translate at the congress.
Food
We will provide food at the congress venue. To would like to receive a donation of 2.50€ per meal, but being short of money will not keep anyone from getting a meal.
Accommodation
There are two different options concerning the accommodation:
- You can sleep in a hall at the congress venue. You will need to bring a camping mat and a sleeping bag. We would appreciate a donation of 3€ per night.
- You can find our own sleeping place in Leipzig. To support you with this, we created a small ‘classifieds-section’ on this site, where people from Leipzig can list free rooms, beds or sofas.
You can choose these options at the registration.

The participation at the congress is for free. If you can afford it, we would appreciate a donation – either at the congress or in advance by bank transfer to:
